Effective Steps To Evaluate Training Program

On previous May 18th -19th, JCG - Surabaya branch had conducted one training with "training" as its topic.

The term "training" refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies.

And a vital aspect of any sort of evaluation is its effect on the person being evaluated.

And the question is :

  • "What are the procedures ?"
  • "Using what tools ?"
  • "What is the impact?"
  • Etc.
